If we work together we will succeed! Success by numbers! I hope we can learn how to succeed together! Its nice to find a site with people who want to help and work together! Seems like most sites are after your money! Some products might be for one person or the other but if we are honest with one another and show each other the way we are succeeding and the ways that aren't working! we all will have the knowledge to reach our goals. Im tired of meeting all these millionaires who want to sell you there secrets! There is enough to go around and we all can have a piece of the pie! Lets all work together and help others to reach their goals! Thats networking at its best!

Yes Scott I completely agree with you on everything you said.

Imagine if all members of this forum did enter into this first build. And everyone after that who joins.

Imagine how many people you would have to depend upon to fulfill your dreams and theirs. This is what the forum is about. To depend on one another by helping us in our business'. And, yes, if a business suggested checked out after careful consideration and is not harmful to our members. All could be accepted with the greatest of ease with all members having multitudes of income.

Many people would say, "In an ideal world that could happen". That is just the thing. Here it can happen. Every member in this forum can use this corner of the net to depend on each and every one of us to make "this world an ideal world". It is just your choice. And only your choice to join the first build.

But, it takes all members of the forum to make our business' succeed. Just like the saying goes. "It takes a village to raise a child". Well, it takes a village to raise your business. And the only way to do that is show your trust and belief in the TEAM.

Just my thoughts ya' all!

Hi Rich

I agree with you 100%,the days of struggling alone are gone and working as a team and in numbers has become the way to go.

Yes these sites are not interested in seeing you make money ,all they want is yours and when they have it they then move on to the next victim.

These millionaires `DON`T really have secrets ,any business can give you success if you work as ateam and know how to market it the correct way.

Great posts by all of you !! sunny

If I wasn't already on board with this entire "TEAM" concept here, these posts would have sold me on it ! If it's alright with you I'd like to "borrow" your words and work them into a project I'm working on about team building. It's all joining to be a part of a blog that I will be running at Link Referral when I ever get it off the drawing board !! I'm kinda slow at these things still, and with all the other work I'm doing trying to promote, there just aren't enough hours in the day !!

Anyways, very motivating and encouraging words to read !
Thanks for sharing !!

Here at Team Builder: we seem to project that team building or business
building is the way to go. That there needs to be a choice.

I believe that "Team" is what you build as you advance your business.
I have been involved in many businesses on the Internet, I have contact
others that were in the same business line as me. I give to them what
ever information I can share that have helped me, (advertising sources -
advertising systems). I have shared what has worked for me and what
have not worked.

Surprise, even those that I communicated with do not share with me their
experience. In the course of life, I have found that the person that
lets me know that they hate or like (whatever), permits me to make a
decision that is helpful. The people that are a problem are those that
I do not know anything about.

Hi Hewitt,

If you are implying that we are putting the cart before
the horse..I would have to disagree with you.

What does every network marketer need help doing?

Recruiting or sponsoring business builders and customers.
Don't you agree?

Team Builder is a solution to that problem. When you
join Team Builder and decide to be a core member
you will receive the support of the whole team.

The reason I stated that you have to be a core member
to get the support...is because if you are not involved or
better... Committed... it is difficult for the Team to help you.

People think that they need to have the best product
to succeed....Does McDonald's have the best burger?
Sorry but they don't....What they need is a simple system
and a team working the system for them and with them,

Jose

Hi Jose: Thanks for the response, YOU ARE RIGHT ON. The point I
was trying to get to is: "A lot of time and energy is spent looking at
the problem". "Problem solving or resolutions is where my attention
should be directed."

If someone has experience with something I am
about to try, I would like to know their pass experience and what they
did to attempt to adjust their outcomes.

Just being told that something does not work, or being left to "do better
if you think you can", is almost contrary to "Team Building". Advice that
is suppose to come when "I HAVE JOINED" - may or may not come.

If someone knows that I am making a mistake and offers a suggestion
as to how to get around my obstical, that person has a 3 -5 times grater
chance of having me join them on a venture where there is very little
light at the end of the tunnel. To wait until I conclude that joining a group
is the best for me, may not be the best thing for the group.

Hew,
What you are saying is valid and I believe that is what team builder forum is all about if you view many of the post, the people here speak of there successes and failures in different programs and each post will have suggestions from other members. Whether it is a word of encouragement or a flat out "no don't get involved!" The people of this forum truly want to help one another! So please if you have war stories or great success stories share them! and help us build a foundation for a 2008 successful year!
