I am asking this on behalf of the members in the forum.
How are the MODS and ADMINS picking builds?
And do we fit into the decision making at all?

Out of every ones who has suggested a teambuild and is a members of teambuild 1 the mods and admin will look at them and decide on the best 3-7 and then we will allow all members to vote on which one we should use.
