| A team build is about building downlines! Yes people think I will join and let them build people for me! this is not how a team works! Yes we can help with tools and advertising we can talk you through objections that a prospective member might have! We can even PIF you and a few of your friends! but that wont build you a business! Everyone must self promote and introduce the forum and the builds to your friends neighbors, networking contacts and to a stranger in your email. Again if you need our help we are here to lend a helping hand and help build with you! Dont think it going to build itself cause your heading for failure in what ever you do, if you don't participate. _________________ RICHARD SCOTT http://totalisation.com/index.php?spon=144 http://scottsports.wordpress.com/

| Very Well Said @@@@@@@@@@@
We are looking at everyones matrix and it is easy to see who is working the program .
Now, I understand that some people have difficulty marketing, that is why a team is so very important.
If you are having trouble with marketing then please go to www.teamtogrow.com and download the conference link and come in the room, if one of us is there, we will give you guidance and support. You just need to ask. Not wait for the sky to fall !
For those have difficulty with marketing; have you tried this.
Hey, Joe: I have joined a great group of people that are investing in their future. It is a financial group, because we all want to protect our future and enjoy our retirement. Right ?
Well, to protect your future, all you need to do is spend 5 bucks, you get some ebooks to help you get started and @@@@@@@@@@
you find 3 people that want to invest 5 bucks to build their retirement plan and then help them or guide them in finding 3 people to do the same.
When you talk to people about spending 5 bucks to build their retirement plan does that not sound so much easier then asking people to sign up for a program and build a matrix. , go find 12 people to build a downline ?
I tried that and people say: no way, do not understand the internet, downlines, nope cant do that !
However, talk to them about financial security, their retirment, their future, just by getting 3 people to join them in a financial group for 5 bucks ?! Wow
I would like some feedback on this approach !
Because I think it is a seller !
How many people know about matrixs and downlines ?
versus
How many people understand the need to have a retirement plan in place ?
So how about it folks?
Are you ready to build your retirement ?
Right Now
Not Tomorrow
Now !
If you all want me to post a copy to use for emails/ads, I will do that, Just let me know
Lets hear some chatter about this approach
Rich and I are waiting !!!!!!!!!

| Debby,
It is a great thing to use terms that people understand! Goes back to "Make it Simple S-----" theory ( fill in the blank) Even though we aren't, the idea to give people easy understood words to explain your point, helps you close the deal! Remembers we are all sales people. I am of the belief you must sell yourself first and the program second! and it is important for all of us to learn techiniques to close the deal! I think this was a great lesson and I hope all appreciate your post and learned something that can help in the future! _________________ RICHARD SCOTT http://totalisation.com/index.php?spon=144 http://scottsports.wordpress.com/
