A rookie with experience!

I'm pretty new to this, you can call me a Rookie! Dont get me wrong I have been involved in marketing and business all of my adult life. The world of the Internet (work at home marketing) is the new part of my life. My marketing has been done live and in person. I am pretty good at it. I do have some people skills if I must say so myself! I have been in several ventures and all were successful! Hard work, determination, research and learning and working amazingly with co-workers have lead me to succeed!.
To get back to my rookie status you might be wondering why I would be here starting fresh. Well I am the owner and operator of the largest indoor batting facility in South Florida for the past 5 years. Sounds great!. but I don't like working for someone. Thought I owned it, doesn't make sense? Well I do and I tell you the person I am working for. The wonderful Landlord. I have 9000 Sq ft facility and a landlord that believes when your doing good he must do better! The rent continues to climb each year (cost of living clause in everyone's lease). The landlord does not care how I get him the money just get it to him! Sounds familiar? Yes he is the boss!
Any ways this is the reason for this new venture and my amazing journey of Monavie (The incredible nutruitional beverage) and my newest love Team building! Lets work together and see us grow!

WOW Rich - I like the sound of that, next time I'm in the US near there I will have to come and take a look and maybe get a lesson

On the teambuilder front I am glad you found your way here and I am sure you will be reaping the rewards very soon.

What will you do - buy the ground and tell the landlord to shove off or give it up?
