Will advertise for exchange

I almost forgot to add, I am giving a speech tommorow on Network Marketing in my public speaking class and I am going to promote Team Builder Forum, since it is such a great site!
I am also going to start an advertising section onto my website of others websites or links if it is in good taste in exchange of placing my personal website link onto your web link.

1)If in return you can just give me your link, write why you think it should be seen and joined or viewed, no matter what the topic or whatnot. I will place it accordingly to my site. Email me or place a message onto my guestbook on my site. Thank you.

NOTE: Looking for unique websites, If I already have it, I will not place it on my site. If it is a link or site I do not belong to, I will check it out first before placing!
