I've been involved with alot of programs online
and found from experience that team builds are, by far,
the best way to achieve success online.
This is really important:
If you join a team build, don't join thinking that
you'll be successful simply because you're joining
a team and the rest of the team will do all the
promoting for you. Think about this.
If you have a team of say 500 members and
400 of them join because they think they will get
members without doing a thing. You then have 100
members doing all the work (promoting, brain storming, etc.)
If you join a team build treat it like your business, believe
you're the CEO, and work to make it as successful as possible.
Now imagine what would happen. Now you have 500 members
working as hard as they can to make their business successful.
You do the math.
Another major mistake I've found is that members will
join a program then in a couple months if they've not got
any referrals they cancel their membership and move to the next
program hoping it will be the one.
What really ends up happening is they will keep doing
this, losing more money, and will never find the program
that will make them successful. Stick with your team, it takes time
to build success. Rome wasn't built over night.
They say there are leaders and followers in this industry.
I don't think so. The only difference between a leader and
a follower is a leader isn't afraid to to work for their success,
express their ideas, and do what it takes to implement
those ideas on their quest to achieve their goals.
Everyone has the capability of being a leader. Never be afraid
to express your ideas no matter how dumb you think it might
be. The idea you have may be genius and just because you
don't think so isn't enough. Let others know about it.
An idea is the foundation for a plan that may or may not work.
You'll never know unless you try.
Never give up. Everyone will get discouraged at times thinking
"I'll never make the money I want to make". The truth is,
if you quit you'll never meet your goals. It's like playing the lottery,
if you buy a ticket you have one chance to win, buy no tickets
and you have no chance of winning. There is one major difference
though..Team builds can go either way and it's up to you and
your team mates. The team, each and every member, has control
over the success of the team. Without team efforts it's like
having no ticket with no chance to win unless you already
have the money to spend on expensive advertising.
I know I've rattled on here but it is very important to know
that you're the boss when it comes to your success.
Surfing, buying advertising, telling others, or any other kind
of promoting you do for the team will result in better and quicker
results for you as well as your team mates.
Don't join, do nothing, then complain about the opportunity.
Join, advertise, give your thoughts and ideas on how to
improve the team, and stick with them through thick and thin.
In the long run it will pay off.
Working from home dosen't come free and niether does success.
Yours in success,
