| Hi all
Sorry, i have only just been made aware of this thread or I wouldve comented earlier.
As far as i am concerned members will not have to join teambuild 1 to join teambuild 2 as this will limit growth of the teambuild, however, teambuild 1 will run alongside all other teambuilds as it is a one off small payment so it will always be in a members best interest to join.
When teambuild 2 is built up in the future and we decide on a teambuild 3 all teambuild 2 members that are earning will join under the teambuild 2 members that are not yet earning (although teambuild 2 will continue to grow)
I have it all worked out and need to write it out and let everyone know how things will work for teambuild 2 and beyond, i will do this first thing when I get back from my holiday (two weeks on tuesday)
I hope this helps and if not let me know
Also if anyone is spammed by PM please inform the moderators or admin and they will be banned
thankyou

| Personally, I think everyone should at least be required to join the first team build since it is so inexpensive and a onetime cost.
To make sure people suggesting additional teambuilds are sincere, why not make it a requirement to be a member of F5M before being permitted to recommend an additional teambuild program? Mods would have to verify this, or ask the poster to put in their F5M username in the post or something to indicate they joined.
Also, I noticed someone in this thread complaining about a couple of the programs being mentioned too much, I do know in one of them almost all that post have joined F5M, as is suggested, and several have actively promoted this team in our sig's on other forums and/or through advertising. So there are times where you will just find an enthusiastic team that likes all good team build programs , not just their own.
If we do not want any of the threads on the suggested new team builds to be lengthy, then we should not ask for feedback on the initial posts to introduce the program, or require new people posting about that program, even though they did not start the thread, to also join F5M. Just some suggestions. |

I know that everyone will have their own personal feelings on how this matter should be handled, and not everyone is going to agree with the final decision on it ! But... Scott is our forum's owner and he will make the decision that he feels best for the entire forum. I, as a moderator and Team Builder, know that he is looking well past our next build and is planning for a very successful future for all concerned !! We're aware of the concerns of our members, and your voices are being heard.

| Hi
Thanks Diana
and you are correct, whatever we decide someone will not agree, but as you say I am planning for the future and it will all make sense very soon when I explain how the next and future teambuilds will be handled.
Thanks

| I agree that we should all join the privious team builds but there has to be something in place for the new members. I mean if someone comes in and has to join 4 or 5 programs at the bottom with the hopes of maybe getting a good spot in the 6th, it might seem a bit expensive and turn new folks away. I think admin can come up with something that will work. BTW I really like what's going on here. Glad Patti mentioned it in Kens forum. Tim |

| Funny I never saw this thread before.
I am excited that Scott has a plan of the future and can not wait to see it. We are building something special here and becoming a family.
Not all family members agree on everything but the head of the family always has the last word and here that is Scott.
Maybe some people do not like F5M and will not join but maybe they will join the next program why shut them out of the team.
Tim I am sure that Scott has a plan also for people who join the team latter and we are in many programs. We will just wait and see. |
