Yes, I have to confess, I am a total Football ( US ) fanatic ! I follow both the NFL and collegiate games, and in years past I've even played fantasy football !
My favorite season of the year is Football season !! I suffer from withdrawals after the Super Bowl is over, and anxiously await the beginning of the new season !!
What's so strange about this is that my hubby absolutely loathed football when we first got together, but I've even converted him ! He used to make any excuses he could to get out of the house whenever I'd be watching a game but now he watches them with me.
I've got to get busy with my promoting for the day so I don't miss the kickoff !!

I love both also, but for me I LOVE college ball a whole lot more. You can't beat the fans and the exciting gameplay that goes into any game whatever conference game you watch.

BUT I have to agree... COLLEGE ball is "da-bomb". I love, love, love it!
Hubby and I both look forward to each new season. We're So.Carolina fans, of course. Hubby played football there years ago. So, we love "hating" Clemson every year. That gives us reason to watch SEC and ACC regularly.
Of course... "the ducks" ... everyone has to like "the ducks of Oregon"!

BUT my most FAVORITE-FAVORITE- sport of all is Good Old BASEBALL!

I love the Atlanta Braves!!! And I love every aspect of every position on the diamond. I would watch it everyday if I had time.

Growing up... I didn't like BB. I didn't have the patience for it, nor did I understand it's complexity. After raising twin boys, and being married to coach all those years, I learned more about that game than many high school players know. Now... I can't see it enough.

MY 3rd FAVORITE... Nascar. I'm not a nut over it... but I do enjoy watching that too. My dad used to take me to the dirt tracks near Randleman, NC (Petty country) as a kid. We would come home filthy and deaf!! LOL! Kyle Petty and I actually knew each other in HS. But... that's not really something extraordinary. He was always just one of the gang... it was his daddy who was famous.

My favorite NFL team has to be the Colts, and I'm not a fan that just jumped on the bandwagon because they are the SUPER BOWL champs.
I basically started being a fan when Peyton became their QB. (I'm a huge UT fan , even though the past few seasons it's been hard to be ! )
I met Peyton in person a few years ago when I worked w/ TSA at the airport here and he is such a nice, down to earth kinda guy ! His wife is really nice, too.

If the Vols don't get their defense to show up and play, it's going to be another long miserable season here in Big Orange country...Fulmer will probably be looking for another job, too ! UT fans won't take this for long, the past few seasons have been so mediocre that his head will be on the chopping block if something doesn't change !

I will watch and enjoy just about every game, regardless of who's playing as long as it's a good game ! I just really enjoy the sport !

Well Cowboy fan since I was a kiddo. Not a fanatic, just enjoy that team 1st - then just like watching any "foozball" game.

I like football too. I am not a fanatic like I used to be, but for me it has always been the Cowboys.

Being in NY though college football was always on the back burner, but my brother one year took me to a Hurricanes game down in the Orange Bowl and it was fun and the fans were really into it. So now I enjoy watching the college game also but I have no particular tea I root for.

I do like the Colts too. Who can't pull for Peyton? But I know that TN Orangetown is gonna be hard on that coach this year for sure. I think they forgot who was driving that team when it was so good (peyton?)

I like watching football. I'm a diehard Bears fan. I was so happy when they went to the Superbowl. And dissapointed when they lost to the Colts, but they were the better team. I have great respect for Peyton Manning. I look forward to a rematch any day!!

OMG!!! That superbowl was disappointing! Very unfair if I say so. I think the refs were bought off! I mean did you see the calls they were making on the bears? But, hardly ever did when the colts did something wrong. I must still be bitter, huh? LOL!

They're alright! I used to pull for them in the 80's when they had that really good quarterback... all of a sudden I'm blank... McMahan? I can't remember.

I saw the game and the cheap "hit" that put him out of commission. I remember being so disgusted and plain mad that they didn't kick the guy out who gave him that cheap shot. What a shame. I think the Bears took many years to recover from that.

DA-BEARS , gotta love them ! I was so happy to see them finally getting back their game ! And yes Kadie, it was McMahan ! The "Superbowl Shuffle" video I don't think I'll ever forget, it was one of a kind ! William "the Refrigerator" Perry was also so much fun to watch ! They've had a long, road back to the top and I couldn't be happier to see them doing well again !

Like I'd said, I've got my team ,the Colts, but I watch every game that I get a chance to !!

Yes... the Redskins. However... they have been having some bad luck lately.
Seems the only thing consistent with them is inconsistency!! What a rollercoaster. And then, The Braves... WAH! They lose the chance to play post ball, and then Andruw Jones goes crazy wanting a 9 million dollar a year raise, with a .222 batting average. Seems like a permanent full moon in this sports town! LOL
