Hi Guys !!

As many of you know, I'm still on a very slow dial-up connection right now. Embarassed I've recently gotten a great new digital camera and would love to be able to share some of the great pics of springtime here in the mountains , not too mention some of my beautiful little Kiara, but it takes forever and then some to get anything uploaded to share ! Sad

Anything advice on how to make this process quicker ?? I'd love to show off my corner of the world...If it ever quits raining again here, it's absolutely gorgeous with all the trees budding out and flowers blooming !!

Hm the only thing i can think about is to shrink your pictures, let's say 1024X768 that's a decent file size and it should keep it's quality. Hopefully this will decrease the file size. This is the only thing that i can think of ...

open the picture up in paint and make it smaller and store it as jpg..this always works for me and the quality stays the same Wink

Babs, actually no cause digital cameras save pictures as jpg as default. If you convert your pic to another format it will be bigger so the solutions are limited.

Thanks for the tips Reis ! I will have to give it a try.....

Right now I'm heading out to watch David play rodeo cowboy again ! This is the prettiest day we have had in weeks here....the sun is actually shining !! cheers

Here's hoping that we don't have a repeat of the 2 throws from the horse like he had on Wednesday....I don't think I can stand to watch that again ! Don't quite bounce back again as quickly in your 40's as you do your 20's.....But they are both stubborn and David is determined to make that horse mind him regardless !
