Forgot its' name and i need it now.

It's some drama/comedy from 2000+. The story goes like this a guy is dating a chick for a couple of years and is about to propose but she brakes up with him on Valentine's day. He falls in depression and a friend of his suggest to go out and meet women. And **** until he forgets the name of the ex. He starts off on the wrong foot but soon gets in to the game. Lives up his life savings, quits his job, lives in a dump but he still chases that lifestyle. Almost at the end he is like the terminator looks at chicks knows how where and how much. Also an old friend pops in the picture and that's about what i can remember. If you happen to know this movie plz help me out cause i have a friend who is fitting this profile.

The movie is a noname with noname actors, and i got a few suggestion which turned out to be dead ends: Along came Poly, Swingers, Coupling.
