Hi Jose: Thanks for the response, YOU ARE RIGHT ON. The point I
was trying to get to is: "A lot of time and energy is spent looking at
the problem". "Problem solving or resolutions is where my attention
should be directed."
If someone has experience with something I am
about to try, I would like to know their pass experience and what they
did to attempt to adjust their outcomes.
Just being told that something does not work, or being left to "do better
if you think you can", is almost contrary to "Team Building". Advice that
is suppose to come when "I HAVE JOINED" - may or may not come.
If someone knows that I am making a mistake and offers a suggestion
as to how to get around my obstical, that person has a 3 -5 times grater
chance of having me join them on a venture where there is very little
light at the end of the tunnel. To wait until I conclude that joining a group
is the best for me, may not be the best thing for the group.
