| I think a very useful category to have would be a Training Section where Teamleaders can post material that will help their Teams build the businesses.
It should be open to everyone that joins a Team build and the Team Leads should be required to post, at minimum, daily tutorials for the members.
I welcome opinions....

| You are on to something here - I have a few people who suggested to me they might be able to put tutorials together - if youcan still do this post here and I'll set up a dedicated section

| this is a great idea,we have many members who can do trainings on subjects that will help everyone.

| I thank you both for your support of the suggestion.
A good way to introduce this to the other forum members is to set up a section where Members can submit a self-written article about a promotional method they use to build their business.
The articles contain a maximum word count that is set by the Forum Moderator (...and yes... that would be you, Scott ) and should focus completely on the topic they are writing about.
The article should be in the form of a tutorial and not a sales pitch.
For example, I write articles about internet and affiliate marketing. If I am training forum members who are also GDI Reps, I would post an article about using the GDI Invitation System with maximum benefit. Or, perhaps, setting up an effective, downline producing email campaign to promote GDI.

I'd say have a new section for Internet Marketing Training. This could include the 'Networking - Discuss the best ways to network' and 'Advertising' thread. And also a new thread for what ggarcia70 is talking about. We could also include some personal development discussions. Have a thread for positive quotes to keep us motivated.
Anyone else have any ideas, feel free to post here.

While the 'Networking' section is a great place to cover networking from a general stand point, the training section could allow the Team Leads to set up their own stickies for the Teams that they manage.
For example, you can set up a section entitled "Team Training Section". The description could indicate that the section is to allow Team Leads to set up training areas, by way of stickies, for their individual Team Members. There could be stickies for, let's say... CMM Members Training, GDI Members Training, Team XYZ Training, Team 123 Training, etc. Now this, of course, will mean that some the forum members who are part of multiple teams, will have acces to training for each build.
The stickies should be moderated by the Team Lead and any posts that are placed by members should be checked for relevant content to prevent FFA (free-for-all) posting. |
